Cleanliness
Sandy Balls scored perfectly when it came to cleanliness. We were continually praised for how spotlessly clean our facilities were. Visit England thought that the team presented the park to a very high standard, with very little litter or dirt across the site, including indoor and exterior facilities!

Reception & Guest Services
Visit England found our guest services building very easy to find when entering the park due to its being well-lit and signed. They found our fantastic staff on duty warm, kind, caring, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the park and local area.

Visit England was very impressed with our fantastic, well-stocked onsite vintage-style farm shop. This was also because the shop has extra outdoor seating, adding to the customers' already amazing experience at Sandy Balls with another culinary option.

Aubrey's Restaurant was another highlight of Visit England due to its spacious layout and quirky interior. There was plenty of outside seating with views of the Hampshire countryside.

When visiting our amazing range of onsite leisure activities, Visit England was amazed at how much there is to do, including bike hire, outdoor activities, an indoor pool, a toddlers' playground, and soft play. Kids will also have great fun at Sandy Balls adventure playgrounds due to the fun obstacle courses.

Park Grounds
When walking through the stunning park grounds of Sandy Balls, Visit England found the grounds clean and well-signed, with plenty of parking spaces, including EV chargers. They also found the nature and scenery areas stunning. They loved the neat hedges, mature trees, nature reserve, quiet woodland walks, and a picnic area by the river.
