Ways to buy with Away Resorts

There are a few ways you can buy with us and it’s personal to you and your preferences. Our friendly team will talk you through all the options possible and make you feel at ease with your purchase.

There are three key things to consider when buying: your holiday home purchase, your pitch fees and your running costs. Our friendly advisors will run through the options available to you and make sure it’s right.

Earn income effortlessly to help cover your pitch fees or running costs. Simply provide us with the keys to your holiday home for as many breaks as you wish, and we’ll rent it out to likeminded holidaymakers. ^ This way you can earn a portion of the rental income while we cover all the hard work.

What if we want to change our minds?

If you want to change your minds on the breaks, we give you our owner portal will allow you to see the weeks you’ve given us and just a quick note to the team will allow you to request a change. They’ll confirm whether your holiday home is booked or not and do their best to fulfil your request.

Our friendly team will talk you through the subletting scheme and the weeks that you may want to provide us. Your earnings will be dependent on the grade and age of the holiday home you’re buying and they’ll help you understand what you will or could earn to help you buy or afford your holiday home.

Pitch fees for caravans and lodges

These are dependent on size and location of the pitch. There is an annual pitch fee that is paid by all holiday home owners and covers the following:

What your pitch fees cover:

  • Up to 8 owners’ passes which give you FREE access to and use of the park’s fantastic facilities (some extra activities carry a small charge)
  • As many visits as you like to our family entertainment venues to enjoy our fabulous stage shows, cabarets, dancing and other organised events
  • Membership of our brilliant children’s clubs for the younger ones
  • Exclusive owners’ parties and events throughout the season
  • Use of the park 12 months of the year, all year round (this applies to selected parks if you buy an extension to the standard 10 month agreement. Please note all on-park facility opening times are subject to change).

We also carry out a range of services for you, all covered by the pitch fee:

  • Park landscaping and gardening services
  • Refuse disposal
  • Road and drainage maintenance
  • Park street lighting
  • Park security systems

Holiday Home Charges at Retallack Resort

At Retallack Resort & Spa you will be charged a service charge and easement fee. The easement fees are fixed amounts, but your service charge will depend on the size and location of your holiday home. All this will be explained to you when you visit resort.

Your service charge at Retallack covers provision of:

  • The resort facilities including watersports, FlowRider, ESYA Spa, Leisure club and Lookout Bar & Eatery[1]
  • Park landscaping and gardening services
  • Refuse disposal
  • Road and drainage maintenance
  • Park street lighting
  • Park security systems

If you make an investment purchase and opt for our fixed return option, all additional charges are included for the term of the investment.
